Terms of Service - ElevateLeaderHub

Welcome to ElevateLeaderHub. These Terms of Service govern your use of all services and products offered by ElevateLeaderHub, located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore 018956 (Business ID S0038985A). By enrolling, purchasing, or accessing any program, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

ElevateLeaderHub offers management skills development through personalized coaching sessions, group workshops, self-paced digital training materials, and physical training kits.

2. Enrollment and Inquiries

To enroll or ask questions, please complete the contact form. All communications regarding scheduling and support will be managed through this channel.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information during enrollment and attend scheduled sessions on time. Recordings or redistribution of any program content are not permitted without prior authorization.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full prior to the start of any service or delivery of any product. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may incur an administrative charge.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Coaching Sessions and Workshops

Clients may request reimbursement of fees within fourteen (14) calendar days from enrollment if no session or workshop has been attended. Requests must be made via the contact form. Reimbursements will be completed within ten (10) business days of approval using the same instrument used for purchase. If a session has taken place, clients may arrange a new session date within thirty (30) days of the originally scheduled date by notifying us at least two (2) days before the next appointment. No reimbursements are permitted after the initial participation due to the customized preparation undertaken for each engagement.

5.2 Digital Training Materials

Once access is granted to digital guides, manuals, or video lessons, reimbursements are not permitted. In case of technical issues that prevent access, replacements or access restoration will be provided within three (3) business days of notification via the contact form.

5.3 Physical Training Kits

If a tangible item arrives damaged or defective, clients may request a replacement within seven (7) days of receipt. Submit a request through the contact form with photographic evidence. Upon approval, a replacement will be dispatched at our expense. Non-defective goods are final sale and not eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

6. Rescheduling

To reschedule a coaching session or workshop, notify us through the contact form at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled date. Each engagement may be rescheduled up to three (3) times.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including materials and training methodologies, is the property of ElevateLeaderHub. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ElevateLeaderHub’s liability exceed the total fees paid for the specific service or product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
